1. General Refund Terms
At SmashIt, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our sports club management services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions and services purchased through our platform natively or via payment processors like CHIP.
2. Subscription Services
For our monthly or annual subscription plans:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refund Requests: Refunds for subscription fees already paid are generally not provided, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances such as accidental duplicate charges or significant service disruptions.
- Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
3. Group Payments and Court Fees
SmashIt provides tools to manage shared court expenses and group wallet payments between players and organizers. Please note:
- SmashIt acts as a facilitator for these payments but is not a party to the agreement between players and organizers.
- Refunds for court fees, shuttle fees, or other group-related expenses must be negotiated directly with the group organizer or administrator.
- SmashIt cannot issue refunds for peer-to-peer group payments made through the platform.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a billing error or other exceptional circumstances regarding your SmashIt subscription, please contact our support team at support@smashit.com within 14 days of the charge. Please include your account details, the transaction ID, and the reason for your request.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., your credit card or CHIP account) within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
