1. Digital Services Delivery
SmashIt is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing digital tools for sports club management. As our core products and services are entirely digital, no physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment or subscription (including payments processed via CHIP), your account and applicable features will be activated immediately or in accordance with your chosen plan's start date.
2. Accessing Your Services
Once you register and subscribe to our services, access is granted via your web browser or our Progressive Web App (PWA). You will receive an email confirmation of your registration or subscription purchase containing details on how to log in and access your organizer dashboard or player profile.
3. Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)
At this time, SmashIt does not sell or ship physical merchandise (such as sports equipment, apparel, or physical event tickets) directly through our platform. If we introduce physical products in the future, this policy will be updated to include relevant shipping timelines, rates, and procedures.
4. Digital Receipts and Invoices
All receipts and invoices for your payments and subscriptions are delivered electronically via email or can be downloaded directly from your billing dashboard within the app.
